Reinforcement learning and self-play have already produced miracles in constrained environments. The hard question is whether that recipe escapes the simulator and works in messy open-world reality. Ineffable does not need to prove that LLMs have flaws. Everyone knows that. It needs to prove that experience-first learning can scale beyond games, benchmarks, and curated worlds. That is a brutal problem, but absolutely worth watching.
